IMAGE USE ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS

Ángel Studio Digital LLC, represented by Ángel Aranibar and HVMANE Studios, hereinafter referred to as THE ASSIGNOR, and ......., of legal age, hereinafter referred to as THE MODEL, enter into this Image

Use Assignment Agreement, in accordance with the following clauses:

FIRST - OBJECT 

Through this contract, THE MODEL authorizes THE ASSIGNOR to use their image, voice, name and/or likeness, captured in photographs, videos or any other audiovisual format, obtained during the photographic or videographic sessions for the purpose of being published, disseminated or communicated on digital platforms and social networks (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, website and Others similar).

SECOND - SCOPE AND USE

The use of the images will be exclusively for promotional purposes, within the framework of the activities of THE GRANTOR and THE MODEL. Use in contexts that could affect the honor, dignity or reputation of THE MODEL is not authorized.

THIRD - DURATION, VALIDITY, AND TERRITORIALITY

This contract enters into force on the date of its signature and will remain active as long as the content continues to be used or disseminated. The authorization extends without geographical limitation, for dissemination in any country or territory via the internet and social media.

FOURTH - CONSIDERATION

The parties agree that the transfer of image rights is carried out [Free of charge, without remuneration]. THE MODEL will receive copies for use on their social media platforms.

FIFTH - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The assignment of image use does not imply the transfer of copyright, which will remain the property of THE ASSIGNOR or the responsible photographer, as appropriate.

SIXTH - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

This contract shall be governed by copyright law. For its interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, waiving any other jurisdiction.
