All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session.

Sessions are booked in two-hour blocks, with a minimum booking of one block. Additional time may be requested, subject to availability.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit but may be rescheduled once without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session amount.

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may lose their session time without a refund.

The client is responsible for all guests and performers they bring into the studio.

No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio.

No food or drinks near equipment. A designated area is available for refreshments.

Volume levels must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighbors and equipment limitations.

The studio must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Any damage to equipment or property will be charged to the client.

All sessions, except room rentals, include one house engineer. Additional engineering support is available at an hourly rate.

Clients may bring their own instruments and gear, but any external equipment must be approved in advance.

The facility's installed lighting is fixed and should not be moved without prior approval. If you want a different light plot, please let us know at least one month before your booking date. These changes are at an additional cost. However, the lighting can be controlled as needed.

All session files will be stored for 30 days. After this period, we are not responsible for file retention.

Most projects can be turned around within one week – Shorter timeframes are available at an additional cost.

A maximum of 4 guests is allowed per session (varies by room size).

Clients must respect all staff, equipment, and fellow studio users. Any misconduct may result in immediate session termination without a refund.

Theft, vandalism, or violation of policies will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

Clients own the rights to their recorded content. However, Hvmane Studios reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes photos/videos for promotional purposes (unless otherwise requested).

Live-streaming or public broadcasting must be pre-approved.

Hvmane Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Clients assume responsibility for themselves and their guests while on the premises.
